This story was an opportunity for me to dive deeper into psychological tension, paranoia, and unreliable perception through the perspective of Amber Moss—a woman whose growing fixation on Winona Jenkins slowly begins consuming every aspect of her reality.
At its core, Harvest is a story about obsession, fear, envy, and uncertainty. I wanted readers constantly questioning what is real, what is imagined, and whether Amber’s suspicions are justified or self-destructive.
